The 12-km coastal route that separates Lloret de Mar from Tossa de Mar is a rollercoaster of ups and downs. The walk requires a good level of fitness. Arriving at Playa des Codolar, under the medieval walls of Tossa de Mar, is a more than worthy reward. The highlight of the route is a walk with a medieval feel through the Tossa de Mar old town, and to round it off, a climb up to the lighthouse.
